Warm art from hard woods
As a sculptor, former Santa Clarita resident Scott Bruckner started working with cast-off construction materials. Now he uses exotic woods like Cocobola and African Mahogany for his award-winning sculptures.
Traveling in Europe, living on both coasts, and the works of Alexander Calder and Louise Nevelson have influenced Bruckner’s art. Enjoy an enlightening and fun conversation with Scott Bruckner.
